Gabe Cohen

Gabe began singing on the streets of NYC as a teenager. Doo Wop has been in his blood from the very beginning. Getting The Bel Airs off the ground has been a labor of love for him. His New York roots give authenticity to our sound, and his voice gives us the bass sound that's so important to the Doo Wop style. Gabe handles the business end of the band.

Betsy Landon

Betsy's musical journey began in her teens, performing with a 20-piece big band, in Boston-area night clubs and at weddings and events throughout New England. Briefly studying piano at Berklee School of Music, she then spent three years in the South of France, singing a blend of French and American pop songs with local bands before returning to the States. Onstage, Betsy brings her infectious joy, vibrant energy, and vocal versatility to the Bel Airs.

A versatile performer, she has sung throughout New England in a wide variety of bands. Her performances include venues such as The Mount Washington Hotel, the Palace Theater, and Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club. Jeff Blast

Jeff is an alumni of Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford where he studied Musical Theater and composition.  Growing up in a musical family, Jeff played trumpet, baritone horn, and piano before focusing on singing. He especially loves anything with harmonies. His singing styles range from classical to Barber Shop, Doo-wop and Motown. In the last decade he's been performing with East Coast Acappella and Doo-Wop Deville, and is excited to begin the next chapter with The Bel Airs.
